KÖLLA congratulates Rukije Murtezan, Sales Manager at KÖLLA GmbH & Co.KG, wholeheartedly on her successful completion of the examination to become a certified fruit trade expert with the IHK (Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

A total of 80 hours of instruction were packed with topics from the fields of product knowledge, quality control and incoming goods inspection, as well as quality management and plant protection. Additionally, logistics, international trade, and legal matters were thoroughly covered.

“In my daily work with fruits and vegetables, many of these topics have naturally been a part of my journey since I started at KÖLLA. The deep insights and legal background for many of the steps in my daily activities have made this course especially valuable for me,” said the newly minted fruit trade expert. “I found quality management, incoming goods inspection, and food law to be the most exciting because these topics are a part of my daily work processes.”
